Obama had a shifting red line in the sand.  That emboldened the Islamists.  Obama’s displayed weakness and betrayal of Libya destabilized that country, not to mention the whole middle east.  We are learning that he funded DAESH which is ISIS.  He prefers to call them ISIL which telegraphs to them what he wants them to do.
