A rose by any other name….  It was a ransom payment, plain and simple no matter what other name he wants to call it by in order to hide what he did.  America and the world has been placed in greater danger by this action.  History proves that to be a fact.  Unfortunately, that is likely what he wants to happen.  The book “The Antichrist of Our Time” documents that and more in his own words.
