Psalm 83

Psalm 83:1-8  O God, do not keep quiet: let your lips be open and take no rest, O God.  For see! those who make war on you are out of control; your haters are lifting up their heads.  They have made wise designs against your people, talking together against those whom you keep in a secret place.  They have said, Come, let us put an end to them as a nation; so that the name of Israel may go out of man’s memory.  For they have all come to an agreement; they are all joined together against you:  The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagarites; Gebal and Ammon and Amalek; the Philistines and the people of Tyre; Assur is joined with them; they have become the support of the children of Lot. – Basic English Translation

Sometimes God seems not to be too concerned at the unjust treatment of his people. But then we may call upon him, as the psalmist does here. The God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob can answer; the god of Abraham and Ishmael does not and cannot answer.  All who do not obey the God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are His enemies, whether they realize it or not.

The Lord’s people are his hidden one; the world understands them not.  He, the one true God, the God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the one true God and He it is who takes them under His special protection.  Do the enemies of the Lord’s church act with one consent to destroy it, and shall not the friends of the church be united?  They are wicked men who wish that there might be no Jewish or Christian religion among mankind. They would gladly see all its restraints shaken off, and all that preach, profess, or practice it, cut off. This they would bring to pass if it were within their power. The enemies of God’s church have always been many: this magnifies the power of the Lord in preserving to himself a church in the world.

Psalm 83: 9-18 Do to them what you did to the Midianites; what you did to Sisera and Jabin, at the stream of Kishon: Who came to destruction at En-dor; their bodies became dust and waste.  Make their chiefs like Oreb and Zeeb; and all their rulers like Zebah and Zalmunna:  Who have said, Let us take for our heritage the resting-place of God.  O my God, make them like the rolling dust; like dry stems before the wind.  As fire burning a wood, and as a flame causing fire on the mountains, So go after them with your strong wind, and let them be full of fear because of your storm.  Let their faces be full of shame; so that they may give honour to your name, O Lord.  Let them be overcome and troubled for ever; let them be put to shame and come to destruction;  So that men may see that you only, whose name is Yahweh, are Most High over all the earth. – Basic English Translation

All who oppose the kingdom of The Christ may here read their doom.  God is the same still that ever he was; the same to his people (the Jews and the Christians), and the same against His and their enemies. God would make their enemies like a tumbleweed; unsettled in all their counsels and resolves. Not only let them be driven away as stubble, but burnt as stubble.  And this will be the end of those who oppose the God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.  His resting place is Jerusalem.  The resting place of Allah and the Black Stone is Mecca, therefore be happy and no longer jealous lest what you have be taken away also.

Lord God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob let them be made to fear Thy holy name, and perhaps that will bring them to seek Thy name. We know we should desire no confusion to our enemies and persecutors but what may bring about their conversion. The stormy tempest of Divine vengeance will overtake them, unless they repent and seek the pardoning mercy of the one true God of Father Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. God’s triumphs over his enemies, clearly prove that he is, according to his name YAHWEH, the almighty Being, who has all power and perfection in Himself.  May we fear His wrath, and yield ourselves to be His willing servants that we may know the comfort of His Love and the joy of His salvation so freely provided by His glorious hand.

Christian persecution

The man sitting on the floor, dressed in white, is a Christian pastor who lives in Syria, Middle East. In the morning he went out to preach the Gospel, and when he returned home that afternoon, he found all his children dead, four children murdered by Muslims.

He was asked if he would stop preaching Christ. He replied: “That’s not me. Nobody will silence my voice. I must speak the word of the Lord. More than I will ever proclaim Christ and His salvation. ”

“Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven, blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you falsely for my sake Rejoice and be glad. you, because great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. “(Matthew 5:10-12)

When asked who he has seen, Ahmed Muhamed said, “I’ve seen Mark Zuckerberg, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and I am pleased that they are part of the action; part of the movement… to get rid of everything that has been happening not just to me, but to other people around the entire globe.”

What movement is he talking about?

Islamaphobia?  Hijrah?

His “clock” looked like a bomb in a briefcase.  Further, when the Police asked him what it was he could not explain to them it was “a clock.”  Sounds very much like a setup to me. His sister had been previously suspended from school for three days for making a bomb threat on the school.  And now he is a celebrity.

He’s been invited to the White House by Barack H. Obama. C.E.O.’s from Facebook and Google have invited him to their Corporate Headquarters.  I do not recall the child that was suspended from school for making a pop-tart into the shape of a gun becoming a celebrity or being invited to the White House.  Oh wait, that child was not Muslim and it was in the shape of a gun.  Obama thought the “hoax bomb” was a cool clock and let the World know that.  I do not recall it being revealed if Obama thought it was “cool” about the Tsarnev brother’s real bombs made from pressure cookers used in the Boston Marathon bombing, although he did try to admonish us not to judge all Moslems by their action.insanity

Oh by the way, jihadists have been strapping bombs to men, women and children in attacks around the World.  It was a SETUP to keep the American people from awakening to the coming invasion of Islamists to this country.

Fourteenth Anniversary of 9/11 Attack is approaching

God sent a warning to America and her Christians via the 9-11-2001 attack and for a brief moment He seemed to have gotten our attention.  For the most part, however, that only lasted about three weeks.  There have been a few more warnings since.  Judgment is coming upon us if there is not a real, genuine repentance and Awakening…a Great Awakening.

In the days after 9-11-2001 Americans flocked to houses of worship to implore God’s blessing on the nation.  Some thought it could be the beginning of a national revival, a massive return to God.  But it lasted about three weeks.  There was no revival.  There was no repentance.  And without repentance there could be no revival.  In the years after 9/11 America’s moral and spiritual apostasy only increased in intensity, depth, and speed. – Jonathan Cahn, The Mystery of the Shemitah, Frontline publishers (c) 2014, pg 137

As we approach the 14th anniversary of the worst terror attack on America, so far, we probably should take a moment to reflect.  Was it a warning?  What can we do to prevent something worse?  Why did it happen?  Does God care?

Shortly after the planes flew into the towers Anne Graham Lotz, actually the following Thursday, was interviewed for CBS’s “Early Show” by Jane Clayson and was asked, “…how could God let this happen.”  She, quite appropriately and correctly replied:

 “I say God is also angry when he sees something like this. I would say also for several years now Americans in a sense have shaken their fist at God and said, God, we want you out of our schools, our government, our business, we want you out of our marketplace. And God, who is a gentleman, has just quietly backed out of our national and political life, our public life. Removing his hand of blessing and protection. We need to turn to God first of all and say, God, we’re sorry we have treated you this way and we invite you now to come into our national life. We put our trust in you. We have ‘trust in God’ on our coins, we need to practice it.”

Now it would be all too easy to claim that the whole reason God has been removing the hedge of protection from America is because of the pagans in our midst and their misbehavior.  On the other hand … 2nd Chronicles 7:14 says: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”  “If My people,” not someone else’s people, but the Kingdom kids.

Many countries around the world still consider America to be a “Christian” country, although that number is dwindling as they observe our collective behavior.  We have almost completely lost our moral compass and, unless we find it, we are going to lose our civilization; we are well into losing it already.  Generally speaking, Christendom in the west has largely become a mass of pagans masquerading as Christians.  The enemy of our souls is quite happy about that.

It is, therefore, time for us Christians to face up to our responsibility to reestablish the moral compass of our nation.  We have been letting the PC crowd bully us into silence by misquoting Scripture and accusing us of intolerance while they refuse to tolerate our beliefs and ideas.

We have been hoping that they would awaken to the folly of their ways and join us as we meander around in the pathway of righteousness.

There are some Christians who are, in fact, pursuing the path of righteousness.  But God is calling all Christians to completely consecrate themselves and commit to following His pathway wholeheartedly.  Those on the left are not His people and they are not going to comprehend that fact until they see most, if not all, Christians start acting in accordance with God’s command to be holy and wholly committed unto Him and His ways.  Repentance and revival are for the Kingdom Kids first and foremost; revival can only happen amongst the Kingdom Kids.  When that happens then there can be a Great Awakening, the likes of which gave birth to our once God-blessed nation.

The agnostic and atheist alike are not going to be impressed or awakened to their need to join us in the pursuit of holiness until they see us truly become imitators of the Christ as we have been called to be.  We need this to happen so that God will be able to bless us once again rather than pour out the judgment that will come if we do not heed His warning calls.
