May have <chuckling> manipulated….    Well we now know and have solid proof from the recovered emails that she knew that a terrorist attack was imminent and that she ordered a stand down, actually several stand down orders, after the attack got underway.  We know that, due to her lust for power and prestige, not to mention money, she concocted the story about the video in order to cover her tracks and further empower herself no matter who got hurt in the process.  We also know that it was a gun running scheme that did not work out quite the way she and BHO had planned and the two of them are the defacto founders of ISIS via their schemes and scams.
