A lawyer, Tom Renz, who actually read Trump’s DOGE Executive Order and, expecting some illegal power grab, found it to be airtight. Turns out Trump and Musk didn’t create anything. Obama did.

Obama created United States Digital Service (USDS) in 2014. It was meant as a bureaucratic patch job to fix the Obamacare website meltdown.

Fast forward to 2025. Trump rebrands it DOGE (United States DOGE Service). Keeps the acronym, keeps the funding, but gives it a whole new mission: Find the Receipts

Legally untouchable because it was already fully funded and operational. Trump invokes 5 USC 3161, which allows him to create temporary hiring authorities. DOGE teams get embedded inside every single federal agency. Each team consists of a lawyer, HR rep, a zoomer nerd, and an investigator. They report to DOGE, not the agency they’re embedded in.

But wait, there’s more! Trump invokes 44 USC Chapter 35, which governs federal IT and cybersecurity oversight. Since USDS was originally an IT oversight body, DOGE now has full access to all federal data systems. Yes, that’s right. All of them.

His executive order is written to block legal challenges. Includes language that overrides conflicting executive orders. Orders every agency to comply. Refusal means they violate presidential authority.

Congress can’t defund it because it’s not a new program, just a repurposed one. DOJ can’t sue for overreach because Trump used existing laws exactly as written. Democrats trying to file legal challenges run into standing issues because DOGE operates within existing frameworks.

Obama literally built the perfect Administrative (read: Deep State) IT backdoor.

Trump and Musk just hacked the system and took the admin controls. Musk now has legal oversight of every major agency’s internal systems. The Administrative State can’t stop it without rewriting multiple federal laws.

They legally outplayed the system and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.

Obama created DOGE.

Strengthen his resolve, Lord, and grant him courage to stand firm in his convictions. Surround him with people who offer sound counsel and fill his heart with compassion, integrity, and faith.

In moments of challenge, may he find peace in Your presence, knowing that You are in control of all things. Protect him and his family, and may Your divine will be done through his actions. Unjust Justices

Newt Gingrich: ” Those upset by the emerging dictatorship of district court justices behaving as though they were president sould read the judiciary act of 1802.  Jefferson and his party completely revised the court system and abolished a series of federalist judges they deemed illigitimate.  A warning to the current out of control judiciary.”

These activist judges have had more than enough “warnings.”  It is time for action and removal.  Their intentional agenda is obvious, and they have no plans to stop interfering with our executive branch leadership.

President Trump, on Mar 4, 2025, delivered a powerful and historic speech at a  pivotal poing in history while also allowing the demented Democrats to demonstrate their irrelevance for the whole world.

“Democrats said we needed a bill to close the border.  Turns out, all we needed was a new President.”  – DJT

Democrats are going crazy (crazier) now that we have someone who’s trying to straighten out government.  They are all freaking-out because their under-the-table slush funds are being exposed and taken away.

It was a very uplifting speech from President Trump accompanied by very childish behavior from the Democrats; actually, very disgusting behavior on their part.  Are they, perchance, planning on being super-obstructionists from here on out?  They obviously are benefitting financially from all the fraud, waste, and abuse that has been going on and being sanctioned by them, for quite some time.  They seem to be truly terrified by the fact that they are on the verge of being exposed for all the corruption they have been involved in and perpetrating on the American people.

Congressional Democrats acted like fools during Trump’s Address to Congress.

Democrats, en masse, refused to clap for anything that helps Americans, but they cheered for the idea of sending more money overseas to fund endless wars.  No doubt, many of them are personally profiting off that.  They should be audited.  They showed no support for victims, families, or real safety.  Their priorities are clear, and they are not pro-America.

TDS escalating among defeated Dems

Liberals simply cannot accept the fact that they were rejected by the people.  (They thought they had imported enough illegals to secure their victory) Democrats continue to be on the wrong side of every important issue.  A poll released on Mar 5:  Even if Russia gets to keep occupied land in Ukraine, 50% of Americans still want the Ukraine war to end while elected  democrats pretend to want Ukraine to win, President Trump makes it clear he wants the killing to stop; and so do ‘We the People.’

Many conservatives believe Justice Amy Coney Barrett deliberately lied and intentionally misled the vetting team during her confirmation.

But it isn’t just about her ideology, though. It is becoming very obvious Justice Amy Coney Barrett is also compromised out of fear for her and her family. After Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s potential assassin was caught, Justice Amy Coney Barrett lost it. Many thought she was about to resign. She was genuinely scared to death. The Biden Admin and dem Senators ignored Justice’s pleas for help. Protesters were allowed to get very, very close to Justice’s homes. This was intentional.

And if you don’t seriously believe these judges are scared to death to rule against the administrative and intelligence states, you’re simply not paying attention. Look at what happened to SCOTUS, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, on June 8, 2022, Nicholas Roske traveled to his home with zero difficulty, with plans to break in Kavanaugh’s home, kill him, and then commit suicide.

They and their families are being intimidated daily.

Even the Senate Majority Leader, Chuck Schumer threatened the court with zero repercussions. “You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price,” the senator from New York said of SCOTUS Justices. Democrats at Trump’s Address to Congress

My biggest takeaway from Trump’s address, is that that the Democrats are completely broken.

The optics could not have been worse.

The Dems have been relegated to holding signs in the corner and pouting, while Trump cleans up the mess THEY created.

They refused to clap even for the American citizens that Trump honored. They couldn’t stand and clap for steel workers, farmers, the mothers of children who had been murdered, or the young man with brain cancer, etc., but they were willing to clap for sending hundreds of billions of dollars to Ukraine…

They showed that they are willing to put politics before the American People. This is apparent with their policies, but tonight we saw it play out in real time.

It also didn’t help the Dems that Trump called them all human traffickers to their faces in front of the entire nation, which is WILD. I’m curious to see if the MSM address that or ignore it, we shall see.

Trump and the Republicans appear to be competent, sane, goal-oriented, professional, and pro-American, while the Dems are incompetent, irrational, directionless, petulant, and anti-American.

Tonight, the Dems proved to the entire world that they are an unserious group of people who are unfit to rule. We can never let them hold power ever again.
